This is a historical picture taken in the first red zone of Italy. The photo was taken in the small town of Codogno (Italy), an almost insignificant place with a population of 15000. The first italian patient with covid19 was diagnosed right here. The city was closed, the army was surveilling the few roads in and out, people was confused and frightened.
